Early route-building in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Brazil
A country on a pipeline is not a market-entry strategy. The route becomes real only when we understand who carries regulatory responsibility, who can manufacture or distribute, what evidence is expected and who ultimately pays.
Our work in Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Brazil has been useful because the questions are different in each market. That forces us to separate what is genuinely portable in the CleverSkin programme from what needs local adaptation.
The practical objective is simple: do the route work early enough that commercial interest does not create avoidable regulatory or operational debt later.
