Why we launched an IMS early

Early-stage companies often postpone systems until they are larger. I think that is the wrong sequence for a regulated product. Complexity appears before scale.

We launched the CleverSkin IMS so that claims, evidence, decisions, suppliers, responsibilities and change control have one management structure while the programme is still changing quickly.

The objective is not paperwork. It is to reduce the chance that commercial speed, technical work and regulatory decisions drift into different versions of the same company.
